About

Holistic Ministry

Through the ASSP Ministries students minister to and with one another.

We invite our whole campus community to explore and join in God’s story on our campus and in our world as we disciple, serve and worship together.

All are welcome in our ministries. We seek to reflect the beautiful diversity of our campus and create spaces for the Spirit to move for all students to encounter Christ. In these encounters, we seek to be holistically formed. Discipleship, service and worship are not mutually exclusive but deeply intertwined; all are a part of spiritual formation.

So please join us. Come as you are. Bring your questions, doubts, ideas, passions, fears and dreams. And let us see how God is moving at SPU.

You can learn more about our specific ministry programs and how to get involved under the tabs on the left.

Ministries Structure

Our ministries are student-led and staff-advised in a unique collaboration between ASSP and The Office of University Ministries. A student “coordinator” leads a team of students on each ministry with the support of a wonderful staff advisor, and the ASSP Vice President of Ministries.
